Returns and exchanges

14 days

You have 14 days from the day your order is delivered to ask for an exchange or a return.

Condition

Unworn, unwashed, in the original packaging. Performance socks and shin pads that have been worn cannot come back, for hygiene.

Exchange for another size

Message us on WhatsApp with your order number and the size you need. We book a Bosta pickup, collect the pair and send the new size. The delivery for the return and for the new pair is paid by the customer.

Return for a refund

Same process. Once the item is back with us and checked, we refund the product price. Card and Instapay orders go back to the original method. Cash on delivery orders are refunded by Instapay. Delivery fees are not refunded, and the return delivery is paid by the customer.
