What grip socks do
Your foot shifts inside the boot. A fraction, half a second before the cut, the sprint start, the hard stop. You feel it, you adjust, and the moment costs you.
Grip socks remove that. Rubber hex pads under the sole hold the sock to the insole. The knit holds your foot to the sock. Nothing moves except you, and the first move is yours.
